Abstract

Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory states that the structural changes can be classified on the basis of their extremities and based on their abrupt or unexpected levels. In this case Ralf Dahrendorf admits that his theory of emphasis on conflict and social change is a one-sided perspective of social reality. This is because although the theory of structural functionalism and conflict theory is perceived by Ralf Dahrendorf as a valid perspective in approaching social reality, it includes only a part of the social reality that should be. Both theories are incomplete when used separately, and therefore should be used together, in order to obtain a complete picture of social reality. As an example of case studies, the intra-religious authoritative conflict occurring in Sampang between the Sunni and Shiite schools is a flow rush that has reduced social harmonization among the Sampang and Madurese communities in general, causing intense social tensions. Sociologically, the existence of ulema among the Madurese is not only regarded as a religious elite, but also as a non-formal leader by the Madurese people who are considered to have social authority to determine life and community life.

Abstract

To prepare a community that is ready and alert to natural disasters needs to be instilled and introduced early to the students in the context of education how Islam sees disaster. During this time, students are of the view that Islamic values, have not touched on disaster and disaster mitigation because of their ignorance about the teachings of Islam itself. Usually they also know superficially, without going through an in-depth study of the Islamic view of the damage to the environment and the disaster itself. For that, it needs to be introduced in more depth about the Islamic view of disaster. The approach of this research is quantitative research with comparative design. The subject of this research is the students of State Junior High School located in Bangkalan District, with stratification of city, middle, and periphery schools. In this study used questionnaire method to know the initial description of students' knowledge about disaster theology approach in Islamic perspective and to know the competence of disaster mitigation attitude and skill aspects. Data analysis in this research is used T Test Indenpendent Samples Test with SPSS 20. The result of this research shows that most students have good knowledge about disaster and disaster mitigation in Islamic perspective. There is a difference in disaster mitigation competencies in attitude and skill aspects between the implementation of disaster theology approach in Islamic perspective with material-based approach to students of State Junior High School (SMPN) in Bangkalan District.

Abstract

Basically, Islamic legal thought is very demanding a person's understanding of the Qur'an and alhadith, in the hope of formation of the application in line with the rules of Shari'a. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of an Islamic legal thought is necessary. Among the understanding is what is called the fiqh alawlawiyyat. Fiqh priority or fiqh in the priority scale balance is intended is a complex understanding of the study of Islamic law in a more proportional, with the intent and purpose for a mukallaf able to provide value for a practice in accordance with the views of Islamic Shari'a,because the majority of Muslims are considered not able to put the values ​​of worship and practice in accordance with the guidance of the Shari'a, then there is confusion that is happening to the Muslims. Confusion in determining this priority scale will be very dangerous if it continues to be left, then efforts to stem danger and clarify the problem need to be realized.Islamic Shari'ah has placed certain values ​​and stages for each act in accordance with its influence in the soul and life.as Islam also sets a certain level for things that are prohibited in accordance with its harm and badness for humans.The tendency to put forward something that is sunnah from the obligatory or overriding the more important of something important, it would discredit the value and purpose of the Shari'a.

Abstract

Islamic law is a set of laws born of Islam as a benchmark of the legality of a servant's deeds. There is no Muslim act as complex as anything apart from aspects of Islamic law. Thus, Islamic law will always be present to be a solution to the complexity of life's problems faced by humans. In reality, a Muslim not only finds the complexity of problematics in the aspects of the reality of life, but also occurs in the process of istinbath Islamic law itself. So in the process istinbath, Islamic law that should be a solution precisely be the manipulation of Islamic law itself. The complexity of the istinbath process of Islamic law itself can be found in a concept called hiilah.

Abstract

Discrimination in education should be abolished. Every child is entitled to a proper education in accordance with the type of needs and talents of interest as mandated. Through an inclusive madrasah model with its learning model bringing together regular and special needs learners in an educational environment, the educator can realize the values ​​of humanism in the learning process. The manifestation of humanism values ​​can be set forth in the design of inclusive madrasah curriculum development with the approach of religious humanism consisting of four models of curriculum development is duplication model, modification, substitution, and omission. The four curriculum models are described in the Lesson Plan and Individual Learning Program (PPI) designed by internalizing the values ​​of religious humanism through modeling, modeling and habituation activities in the learning process in the classroom or outside the classroom.

Abstract

Spiritual spirits is a non-formal education activities conducted in a place of worship in an Islamic society as a place to deepen and examine the knowledge of religion, whether morals, worship, or muamalah. While the material is taught in spiritually spirited teen Bulak Setro is more to morality material that aims to shape morals on the younger generation. While teenagers spiritual spirits efforts conducted by teenagers Bulak Setro in forming the morality of the young generation that is by providing education, pedagogy, habituation, and exemplary to the congregation (members) sprinkling the spiritual. This research uses qualitative approach, with observation research technique, documentation, and interview. As for data analysis in this study using qualitative analysis. The credible test uses triangulation or checking data from multiple sources in various ways and times. The study of adolescents has a huge contribution in the formation of morality of the younger generation in the future, the region prepares its generation with positive things so it becomes a habit for teenagers to attend a recitation, as an exercise to cultivate a sense of responsibility by becoming a tutor, without losing their adolescence, because people still give them the freedom to play and hang out like any other teenager.

Abstract

Adultery is a child born of a mother resulting from a relationship that does not follow the rules of syara’ or the outcome of a forbidden relationship. Children resulting from unmarried relationships, have the same degree in the sight of Allah as the other servants. He is very likely to be a happy person in the world and in the hereafter if he can actualize himself to be a pious person. An illegitimate child is a servant of God who must be respected, he has no difference with the other servants of God. It's just that he was born of irresponsible people. In this case the sin is both perpetrators. Babies who are born will not bear the slightest sin of committing adultery.

Abstract

Education is one of the central concerns of Muslims. Islamic education is the guidance of spiritual and physical growth according to the teachings of Islam with the wisdom of directing, teaching, training, nurturing and supervising the enactment of all Islamic teachings. The ultimate goal of Islamic education is the creation of human beings (perfect human beings), are human beings capable of harmonizing and meeting the needs of the world and the hereafter and the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. So the orientation of Islamic education in addition to fulfilling short-term life needs such as the fulfillment of worldly needs also meet the long-term life needs such as fulfillment needs in the hereafter.
